Born with an innate passion for innovation and industry, Mr. Kumar embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in India, where he successfully managed manufacturing operations specializing in steel castings and fabrication. His relentless commitment to quality and unwavering work ethic allowed him to establish a strong foothold in the competitive Indian business landscape.
In 1996, driven by a spirit of adventure and a desire for new horizons, Mr. Kumar made a life-changing decision to migrate to Canada. This bold move marked the beginning of a new chapter in his entrepreneurial career. Upon arriving in Canada, he transitioned to the home renovation business, construction, and real estate management.
Under Mr. Kumar's visionary leadership, Kudos Holding has become a diversified company, managing hotels, Montessori schools, and gas stations across the Lower Mainland. Mr. Kumar's commitment to providing exceptional customer service is at the heart of each venture under the Kudos Holding umbrella.

I have demonstrated phenomenal Leadership qualities and People Manager Skills in managing the pressure of dynamically changing environment and transpired innovative ideas and solutions by focusing on evolving customer needs. Kudos Group’s paramount focus lies at acquiring opportunity possibilities in loss making and outdated entities and turning them around into profitable businesses.
Kudos Group’s journey started in May 2010 with 2 employees under my direction and has grown significantly as an established and strong group of 350 happy employees.
